Izopanel
Izopanel - Sandwich PanelsIZOPANEL stratified panels can be used as wall or roof boards for light lining of industrial buildings, as well as insulation material for application in refrigeration engineering, the food industry and general construction engineering. This plates are made of two layers of steel sheet glued to a foamed polystyrene core. The manufacturing process is carried out by continuous method, which guarantees high quality of manufactured products.
Structure
-
Outer and inner lining – is made of steel sheets galvanised on both sides and coated with organic coating (EN 10169-1, EN 10147, EN 10142) 0.5 to 0.55 mm thick, other linings can be used on special orders, such as: laminate, stainless steel, glass board.
-
Foamed polystyrene core – made of self-extinguishing foamed polystyrene of class PS-E FS 15 according to EPS 80-040; reaction to fire class E according to PN-EN 13501-1:2004. Core thickness from 50 to 250 mm.
-
Polyurethane glue – high quality polyurethane glue fastens linings with the foamed polystyrene core.

Scope of aplication
Application of IZOPANEL stratified boards should be consistent with the technical design drawn up by an authorised designer, who should take into consideration the requirements of Polish standards, the provisions of construction law and the stipulations of technical approval of ITB (Building Research Institute).
Wind loads as well as support spacing in wall elements and roof covers should not exceed maximum values stated in this study.
Due to their thermal and humidity properties, IZOPANEL stratified boards can be used in applications consistent with the provisions of the Ordinance of the Minister of Spatial Planning and Construction on technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location (Official Journal No. 15/99, entry 140) with due consideration to fire classification specified for the plates in this catalogue.
It is acceptable to use the boards in air conditions of aggression degree B, L, U according to PN-71/H-04651. It is not acceptable for the boards to have direct contact with water, earth, animal excrement, etc.
Corroding environment:
B – lightest operating conditions: max humidity 60%, temp. 5 – 30°C, heated premises with natural atmosphere, e.g.: offices, cloakrooms, sports halls;
L – light operating conditions: max humidity 75%, temp. 5 – 30°C, unheated buildings, where water vapour condensation may occur, e.g.: storerooms, gas stations;
U – average operating conditions: max humidity 85%, temp. 5- 40°C, slight air pollution with corroding media: manufacturing premises for food production, e.g.: breweries, dairies, car service stations, laundries.
