Borga roof Sealant
is one-component rubber compound with a very high resistance to varied atmospheric conditions. Suitable for bonding, protecting and sealing of skin plates, roof joints, as well as repairing leaky roof coverings and roof elements. Displays excellent adhesion to most construction surfaces. Can be applied on non-porous damp surfaces. Forms a durable, resistant and paintable seal. Does not contain asbestos.

Typical Aplication
- sealing of leaking roof surfaces made of bituminous roofing, tiles, corrugated and flat iron, sheet metal and others
- sealing of joints between roof covering materials, including: bituminous roofing, tiles, asbestos plates, sheet metal and others
- sealing of flashing: under-gutter strips, fire-walls treatment, roof ridge treatment, chimneys and ventilation ducts treatment, joints of fire-walls and hipped roof ends, skylights and roof windows' treatment
- sealing joints of gutters, valleys and rain water pipes
Aplication Instructions
- Preparation: Application surfaces should be clean, sound and free from contaminants such as dust, rust, oil or grease. In case of aesthetic sealing protect the edges of the sealed gap with a masking tape. Cut the nozzle according to the fissure width. Cut off the tube outlet over the thread and screw the nozzle on.
- Application: The material can be easily extruded onto the substrate or into the joint by means of a suitable cartridge gun. Tool the sealant with a wet spatula or cloth before skin formation occurs. Remove masking tape immediately.
- Cleaning: Tools and soiled surfaces can be cleaned with proper solvents, e.g. white spirit.

The product has a Certificate of Hygiene No. HK/B/1524/02/2001 by the National Institute of Hygiene, a technical Approval No. AT-15-6298/2004, and a Certificate of Conformity No. 25/06/06 dated 30.06.2006.
