TR 45

Borga TR 45 is a roof profile that can be used in situations requiring a trapezium metal sheet with long durability and when the distances between support elements with typical loads are between 1,5 and 2,5 m. A groove ensures that Profile TR 45 is hermetically sealed to the oblong joint; this efficiently carries the water away. TR 45 has a traditional shape and can be used in all types of buildings from large industrial buildings to smaller halls.

Borga TR 45 is delivered in ordered lengths in order to minimize material wastage.

TR 45 metal sheets are produced from a steel metal sheet which is cold rolled and hot zinc-plated according to the Sendzimir method (zinc-plated in sheets with zinc coat of 2 275 g/m , ASTM 52571, 25 m/layer). The metal sheet is then covered with a passivation layer, base and then a colored layer of Polyester or Plastisol paint is applied. The choice of coats depends on external environmental conditions. We have a wide variety of standard colors.

Protection of condensation

Water vapor condensation often occurs on the lower side of a non-insulated roof.

The condensation can sometimes be so severe that water will drip into the room from underneath the roof. To prevent this Borga's profiled metal sheets can be covered with a condensation preventative coat (NonConDrop). This coat will absorb moisture and store it until the ventilation dry it.

Load table

The table refers to profile Borga TR 45, which is used for roofs o that have a slope up to 15 with at least 3 spans. Its requirement for deflections is L/150. The width of support should be 50 mm.

* Max. span between supports, which allows for safe walking, when being assembled by a person carrying tools and with a combined weight of 100 kg.

Paint System

Borga TR 45 is delivered with the well and long used paintsystems plastisol or polyester. No matter which solution you choose, we guarantee a minimum durability of 10 years on the painted surface.
